Hannah Gottlieb has previous experience in teaching relaxation and wellbeing.
The sessions will consist of a visualisation, where Hannah talks you through a guided visualisation to help you relax and unwind.
Members of the group need no former experience as all you have to do is sit, or lie down, and enjoy the experience.
Afterwards there is the opportunity to talk about different aspects of relaxation and tips to relax.
